The correct operation process of laser cutting machine focusing lens maintenance:

1. Take out the focusing mirror in the frame: loosen the fastening screw, and then remove the air nozzle and the lens barrel in turn; first blow the dust off the surface of the lens with a blower;

2. If you really need to clean the lens, you can only use a laboratory-grade paper soft cotton ball, take a proper amount of acetone or high-alcohol alcohol, and gently rotate clockwise from the center of the lens to the edge. If necessary, both sides of the lens need to be cleaned, and care should be taken when cleaning.

3. Install the lens barrel and the nozzle, adjust the focal length, tighten the fastening screw, and keep the convex surface facing down when the focusing mirror is installed.
